I started with design because I loved turning abstract ideas into things people could see and use.
Teaching changed the way I looked at that work. It made me pay closer attention to how people process information, where they become confused, and what helps knowledge stick.
Today, I work at the intersection of design, education, and technology — while pursuing an MA in English Language Studies at Hoa Sen University and developing UNIO, my ongoing exploration of better digital learning experiences.
I care about hierarchy, interaction, and clarity. A good interface helps someone understand what to do next.
